Requirements for Enrollment
To register for the DIP course, you must present your MVA referral document indicating your
requirement to take the class.
If you do not have the referral document at the time of registration, you will be required
to sign a waiver form.
Please also bring a valid photo ID, such as one of the following.
Driver’s license
Passport
Military ID
Government – issued Photo ID.
